No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00.

Yes. We can assess the fault and explain the likely repair options before work starts.
How long do phone repairs take?
Many common screen, battery and charging repairs can be completed the same day. Exact time depends on the model, fault and parts availability.
What warranty do repairs have?
Repairs have a 28-day warranty for genuine part faults. Accidental damage and water damage are excluded.
Do you repair iPhones and Samsung phones?
Yes. We repair iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones and many other Android brands.
Can you repair water-damaged devices?
We can assess water or liquid damage. Outcomes vary, so bring the device in as soon as possible and avoid charging it.
